You’d be surprised what you can find for a great price on TikTok shop, secondhand stores, thrift stores, and what you already have at home that can work too. I like to start with an off should top or off shoulder dress; then add the skirt, a corset or corset belt, chunky and dangly jewelry, tall boots (I found my pirate boots for $3 at one of those lost package/shipment stores), and finish it off with cute makeup and maybe a flower crown.
