It will effect the pt but it won’t really matter to the providers because lie in person non stop. What you choose to disclose to providers is the individuals choice and even in person we just have to trust what is said to us. So yes it is dangerous. But it is your responsibility if you failed to disclose something that would have pertinent to your care. And that’s what wipes the AI thing and regular doctors responsibility on what happens to the pt or what they were prescribed and what they did it with it. If you are above 18 - it is assumed the pt won’t do something dumb 🤷🏻♀️
