you folks need to find a way to either eliminate partners or synergize with them properly, cos I believe you are that customer care who is always going round in circles Everytime I request for my damaged power play pro inverter being fixed by saying I should contact my partner I bought from when you know they lack the capacity to do that, 2 months gone and I'm not enjoying my power play pro... so sad! 😢 please intending customers be guided and not fall into this trap
