@grownhydroponicfarms: 🌟 What Coffee creamer to avoid and which on to choose. ☕️ 4 Creamers I Wouldn’t Recommend: 1. Coffee-mate Original Ingredients: Water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil, sodium caseinate, artificial flavors. Why? Loaded with processed oils and emulsifiers, it has a nice texture but is ultra-processed, offering little in terms of nutrition. 2. International Delight French Vanilla Ingredients: Water, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, sodium caseinate, artificial flavors. Why? High in sugars and artificial flavors, this creamer is packed with additives that can lead to inflammation and unhealthy weight gain. 3. Dunkin' Original Coffee Creamer Ingredients: Water, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sugar, corn syrup solids. Why? Contains unhealthy fats and artificial flavors — not the best choice if you’re seeking clean, wholesome ingredients. 4. Silk Almond Creamer Ingredients: Water, almonds, cane sugar, sunflower oil, natural flavors. Why? While plant-based, it contains added oils and stabilizers that can detract from its health benefits. 4 Creamers I Would Recommend: 1. Nutpods Original Unsweetened Ingredients: Water, almond and coconut cream, natural flavors. Why? Minimal ingredients with no added sugars or oils — a fantastic plant-based option that keeps it clean! 2. Elmhurst Unsweetened Ingredients: Water, almonds (or oats), salt. Why? Simple and clean, focusing on whole ingredients without additives — perfect for health-conscious consumers! 3. MALK Organics Almond Creamer Ingredients: Organic almonds, water, sea salt. Why? Organic and minimal. Just almonds and water, with no fillers or preservatives — the epitome of clean! 4. Califia Farms Oat Creamer (Unsweetened) Ingredients: Water, oats, sunflower oil. Why? A creamy oat option with no added sugars — slightly processed but still a decent choice for a rich flavor. 🌱 #CoffeeCremer #healthtips #CleanEating #healthymom #cleaningredients

One-Pot Shrimp Scampi Spaghetti 🦐🍝✨ Less than 30 minutes, one pot, and the whole fam loves it. Pro tip: I always keep frozen shrimp in the freezer for nights when “easy but still impressive” is the vibe. INGREDIENTS: kosher salt 1 lb spaghetti 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 garlic cloves, chopped pinch red pepper flakes 2 tbsp capers, drained 1 tbsp olive oil black pepper 1 lemon, zest + juice ¼ cup dry white wine 6 tbsp salted butter ½ cup parsley, chopped DIRECTIONS: Bring a large pot or Dutch oven of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti to the pot and cook until al dente according to package directions. Reserve ⅔ cup pasta water and drain spaghetti. Return the pot to the stovetop. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, capers, red pepper flakes (if using) and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Finely grate zest of the lemon into the same bowl. Juice the zested lemon into a small bowl and set aside. After draining the spaghetti, heat the same pot over medium-high. Add the wine and cook until reduced by two-thirds, about 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and its marinade and cook, stirring, until the shrimp is opaque, about 2 minutes. Add the spaghetti, ½ cup of the pasta water, and the butter. Cook, stirring, until the butter has melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce, about 2 minutes. Remove the pot from heat. To the pot, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Add more pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if the sauce seems too thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and pat yourself on the back for not ordering takeout, lol. #DinnerIn30 #OnePotMeals #ShrimpScampi #PastaRecipe
