I would 100% eat this, but for the pinwheel I would get a chip that pairs well with this, add it inside the pinwheel for a some crunchy texture! Or omg it would be amazing on a tostada 🥰

my grandma used to make something like this, it was delicious! she would crumble the cantina tortilla chips in it and omg amazing. every summer this was a big hit.
