Leave out the almond flour if you have sensory issues. Almond flour gives it a weird texture. IMO it tastes better without it. Plus it decreases the calories. Win-Win! 😉

Question please??? Everytime I use a protein powder. I got a horrible stomach ache and it does some other things too. I don’t wanna talk about is it just that I can’t digest the protein
