I was diagnosed with PPPD Persistent Positional Perception Dizziness. It hit me just after menopause. Neurologist told me not really related to menopause, but who knows for sure? Not the vertigo kind of dizziness, is more like imbalance or like being on a boat feeling. Light it’s a trigger, going to grocery stores, lots of people around, etc.

Yes it’s a feeling of feeling off balance, like if on a boat. I’ve had this for 2 years. Cant get rid of it. But some days I don’t feel it at all. Yes, it’s worse when driving. It’s really messed with me. Don’t know what else to do because I’m already on HRT.

Yes same here! 💯 I’m dizzy af!!!! I’m 48 and feel awful. It gives me anxiety and I’m scared to do anything or go anywhere.

Jumping on the comments,my experience is dizziness, off balance, rapid heart beats. I have been trying acupuncture for 5-6 months now and it changes my life. I do it once a month. Acupuncture needles help to relax your nervous system. It has really helped me.
