I usually brown the onions and add salt, basaar and other chillies first. Then I let tomatoes simmer to make a nice gravy and after add chicken and let that cook. Try this way next time if you can makes such a difference other than that you did amazing❤️🤌🏻

Actual green chillies helps bring out the flavour more than chilli flakes brown the onions abit more take ur time let the flavours come out and set

Oil. Cumin seeds, clove etc.. and then add onions. Let them go translucent and then add your choice of meat! Game changer 🤌🏼
