@alyviaolivehands1: My little Jensey boy 🫶🏻 I'm so thankful for the therapists and teachers we have had over the years. Some backstory: Jensen would randomly say a word here and there (usually bubble, or ma) and mostly used baby sign language up until August 2025 (four years old). One day we were looking at an animal book and he said "whale" and pointed at the picture of the whale. I was 9 months pregnant and everything else after that was a blur. Although he still has a long road ahead to completely 100% conversational speech, his language has exploded this past year. We also learned how much he knew now that he could express himself. For all the parents out there to non-verbal kiddos. Don't give up. Keep advocating supporting your baby. Have hope. 🫶🏻 #autismmom #nonverbal #parenting #autismacceptance #speechdelay
