Hamzeh Hyasat110 :
Firstly, my brother, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) did not narrate this hadith. Secondly, the hadith refers to the humility of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), not to his abstention from this specific food. In the second hadith you mentioned, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not eat it because he was not accustomed to it; that is, his family did not eat it, so he was not used to it. This is a human decision, not a divine command, because he mentioned in the hadith that it is not forbidden. The hadith about eating garlic and onions is not number 564 but number 855, and it states that one should not offend others and the angels with the smell of onions or garlic. Here, it means dislike, not prohibition. Finally, we follow the Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah without searching to see if something agrees with it scientifically or not, because it is possible that it does not agree with it now, but it will be discovered later. It is good manners towards Allah and His Messenger to obey without asking or questioning the reason for the prohibition.
