My mother was a criminal defense attorney. Never once did I lose at arguing a “ticket” or “citation.” Once I was even chased by police and they followed me straight to my house. My mom went out to speak to the cop. He drove off. End of story. Being pulled over for a traffic violation also falls under surveillance laws and entrapment. They ask for your license and registration despite knowing who the owner is and car’s status. Why? Because they can’t begin to serve you a ticket or violation without first proof of identity.

Judges are supposed to interpret the law, anything having to do with traffic are not laws, its regulations & an interpretation isnt a fact its an opinion & u cant go to jail or be made to pay a fine based on an opinion.
