THEY CAN BE DANGEROUS IF YIU USE THEM WRONG! 1. DONT work out in them (wear them during school, take them off then work out) 2. Don’t tighten them to tight, 3. They will shape you but you have to ACTUALLY eat healthy and work out 4. It will take a long time if you’re doing it right 5. Rush it and you’ll get some health issues
