I tried ALA (different brand) for my neuropathy. It gave me a rash and when I quit taking it I got a metallic taste in my mouth. It’s been about 3 weeks since I quit and the metallic taste is slowly going away

Do you take all three at the same time? I bought these for my husband who has neuropathy but no diabetes. Tried gabapentin did not work.
