I love this kind of internet. It’s nice learning something knew, having questions answered that I might wonder about if I saw someone with an amputation in public, but would feel rude and nosy asking, and the fact that this may be extremely comforting for someone about to go through this. ❤️

Is your prosthesis the same weight as your other leg? If it’s not, could it lead to other issues (like back pain or scoliosis) with your muscles or spine having to compensate for the extra/less weight? Thanks so much for sharing your experience! I hope my question is coming across right, I am not entirely sure how to word it correctly😅
