From my experience, it grew a lot of white hair. It didn't stop the hair loss, but I noticed the growth of dark hair with a different texture than my natural hair—curly, black, and coarse. My hair is usually dark blonde to brown. In the first few days of using it, it caused more hair loss, especially on baby hairs and thin hairs. I had to stop using it. My hair became rough at the front of my head.

Rosemary oil is a natural barrier and won’t penetrate scalp to reach the dermal papillae. Rubbing oil into scalp can stimulate blood flow which can help a little but thats it. Also pure rosemary oil can burn/irritate skin.

it works I used it on my hair and it made it really soft but the one thing I did notice with my blonde hair is it tinted it to like a yellowy kind of color so if you have blonde hair you might have to like dilute it more
