My favorite customers are the ones who will say “hey I’m a register, give me a second”, mutes the call, and then we have an interaction as customer and employee. Like I know they are the most respectful people out there.

I've had people fake being on the phone so they didn't have to talk to me and so I couldn't ask them abt the store card. Like I don't want to ask u abt the store card but that's the weird and rude to pretend to be on a phone call to avoid me
