these animals ,in my opinion, shouldn’t ever be kept as pets if they don’t have proper enclosures/homes or if anything to not be kept at all as these are animals that can and do live in the wild very successfully unlike hamsters or guinea pigs that have been domesticated so much they would die after an hour in the wild hermit crabs don’t need to live in someone’s house for entertainment, i know hermit crabs love affection but doesn’t mean they should be kept for your entertainment same with people keeping sharks as a pet or deers!
