@mrsclarehoops: I love this pansy cordial so much - as you know I love all cordials Magic Pansy Cordial You’ll need: * 2 handfuls of unsprayed pansy flowers * 500ml water * 250g sugar 1. Bring the water to a boil and pour over the pansies. 2. Leave to steep for 12 to 24 hours. 3. Strain, then add the sugar. 4. Warm gently until the sugar dissolves. 5. Pour into a sterilised bottle and keep in the fridge. Serve diluted with still or sparkling water. Note: Add the juice of 1 lemon only if you’d like the colour to change magically.
