🤣🤣🤣 You know what the funniest part about this is (?) it’s not hyperbole it’s literal. Just remember every time you interact with somebody working in the customer service industry, regardless if it’s restaurant, retail or other. In the USA they could be working (full 40+ hr weeks) with any number of terminal illnesses/injuries; because there most certainly are people doing that in every community, today ✌

I was literally in the emergency room once and was so scared to miss work because I had no PPTO. When I was calling Sedwick, they told me that Walmart has a "open door policy" and they should be able to excuse absences that are reasonable or something like that?? That they should be able to remove occurrence points if you give a valid reason, but I was told at my store that it's no longer possible to remove occurrence points (this surprised the Sedwick worker I was talking to)

i work nightshift and my brother makes me watch his 3 kids i literally look like this at work with 3-4 hours of sleep in me and they leave me 5-7 pallets every night and want 80 boxes done in an hour everyday i pray for one of the isles to fall on me so i can never work again in my life 😭

I get like 2.2 hours of pto a week. It takes some of you guys over 2 months for enough pto for 1 day?? That’s insane. The corporate greed is unreal.

So for my fellow Walmart associates, we have to take the surveys serious. We have to request these things to be changed or they never will: I was denied a paid parental leave because my child was born two weeks before I hit my year. I’m still advocating for change on that, and I also advocate for a change on PPTO and PTO policy. Our voices matter

Would never make it where I work you call off 4 points your a minute late 1 point you leave early 4 points and once you hit 21 points your out and they walk you out of the building
