with high blood pressure I opt for the frozen corn, lower sodium. I also wash the crap out of the beans to get rid of a lot of that added salt

Also their extra filtered milk! If you make lattes it’s 120 cal for 12(?) G protein I comparison to 140 for 8g regular milk :)

Their little rice pouches SAVED MY LIFE as someone who cannot cooke rice 😭they also have fully shredded rotisserie chicken for like 5-6 bucks. It’s sooo good for packing work lunches, I love my little burrito bowls
