@garyvee: The rise of analog is here .. it’s gonna be a tremendous decade for things that are tangible and you can touch and feel and places you can go: the rise of analog, the rise of the real world, the rise of real-life experiences and interactions, the rise of tangible items is here and is going to matter for every entrepreneur and business. #analog #ai #business #advice
My 14 yo daughter asked for a “digital camera” not like the fancy photography camera, just a basic digital camera I am pretty sure I had in 2005 lol. I reminded her that her cellphone takes better pictures, she goes “I know, I want that vintage look” I was appalled and proud. Lol

100% the human brain never has and never will evolved as fast as technology so it defaults to what it knows. Human connection. Simplicity. Balance. Homeostasis. Nature. Making real things not things on a keyboard. And so on. My business is untouchable by tech and AI! Thanks Gary! Love your content.

I don't think it will happen but I really hope we start detaching from electronics a little bit..as a Gen X, I grew up in both eras..net vs non-net...I've embraced them both because I like to be in front of technology but I also miss the old days of real personal connections that take real effort to make happen.

I agree. Hard cover books, radios, and phone calls instead of texts.

I see it in a similar way, but I don’t think we’re actually going back to 1966. I was born in 1965, and I believe the biggest shift will be that people will value real human connection much more again. Technology and smartphones have many advantages, but I think more and more people will realize that genuine face-to-face interactions are what truly matter. Great post! 🙏

This is why I don’t play music in my studio and I don’t double book. It allows for me in fully interact with my guest and for them to be fully present and relaxed. Less noise and more conversation💗💯

I couldn’t agree more on the push for IRL. I think people are feeling fatigued, they’re feeling broken, and the realizing they’re losing connection with what matters. I’ve been saying for years I think that there’s going to be a snapback effect… Digital isn’t going anywhere, but the mad rush to live our lives online and try to automate. Every aspect is leaving people realizing there are tangible experiences that feed the soul that are going unfulfilled.
