I had a whole thing with Baglady something. one of those you only have to pay shipping. Her Guy was delivering and she needed my account number. I dont even know all what transpired, it was nuts, but only lost $20 on that one. love love Ada luxury scoops and Ms mini totes!!!

If they don’t have a website it’s very likely a scam imo. In those rare instances only use PayPal goods/services. If they try and convince him not to it’s a scam.
