I have had PCOS since I was 15 - high testosterone, cysts, and very irregular periods. I was in a toxic relationship from 15-19 years old. As soon as I broke up with him I got my period every month of the 6th consistently. Managed ur stress works wonders

Me. Did not develop PCOS/PMOS until my insulin resistance got bad at 34. Literally just happened. I’m 34 and regular cycles and all of a sudden, acne, facial hair, however a lot of fat. And yes I eat carbs and I literally want to go to sleep

Been on a GLP-1 which has alleviated many of my symptoms. Acne, sugar cravings etc. I had to beg my doctor and pay out of pocket but it’s changed my life. Even getting regular periods for this first time in my life and I’m in my 40’s.

i do not have insulin resistance nor elevated androgens/testesteron, my only hormonal imbalance is lh/fsh ratio; not matter what i do, i cannot fix it. i am already exercising regularly, eating healthy and all my blood work comes clean. however, i still don’t have a regular cycle. and whenever i go through a stressful period it gets worse. so i think stress can be the root cause of pmos

1 month of metformin ruined my insides for years! Worst decision ever on my part to help with PCOS. Terrified to try anything else.

I cannot lose weight, I’ve changed my whole diet. The docs tell me I’m just constipated… or I need to change my diet. To what?!?

Have you looked into any correlations with PCOS and Dysautonomia?

Yes all of this!!!!! I’m a fitness personal trainer, have always eaten “a healthy diet”, have had numerous “normal” labs, and am nearly 2 years TTC. I’ve been on an anti inflammatory diet for the last month and a half and my body feels GOOD again.
