Thank you for posting, brother. Same age as you. I feel like almost my entire family is deceased. I take care of my mom full time; she has vascular dementia + Alzheimer’s. My mental health has been in the tank for a while but I got on meds. I decompress by gaming on the ol’ reliable PlayStation, but the quiet still gets me.
