I learnt from the first AUS drop! From now on I’ll be buying directly from Mecca, especially considering by the time Mecca gets it, I’ll still have it before the people who placed their orders online. Plus at least I’ll get the points 😂

I ordered 30 minutes after launch and my order hasn’t even been dispatched yet! I got the same email yesterday saying it would be shipped by close of business and have heard nothing 24 hours later x

Feel your pain. I was up at 2am waited in line to checkout for over an hour. Mine still hasn’t been shipped yet either! Very frustrating. I ordered from Mecca today which is arriving tomorrow! I won’t be doing that again!

I’ve found Mecca also does the same thing. All my Boxing Day orders came at various times and my ones ordered 5 days later were the first to arrive. The only thing I can think of is there being a certain product that they don’t have that puts your order into order jail

My smaller order which was placed a few days after launch was shipped but my large order placed 30 minutes after launch has been delayed and not even picked yet.

Received mine yesterday and I’m based in Sydney. Was delivered all dinged up no protective packaging,boxes on the highlight milk were open. And the bronzer has a strange white substance along the rim of the product ☹️waiting to hear back from there team whether the bronzer is safe to use
