I used tretinoin for 5 months and nothing changed. I’m currently now trying differin for it. I was using medicube zero pads for a few weeks that didn’t help either.

This is what my daughter has. She did a round of accutane which cleared her skin for a few months, her skin is back to the same now. Tret is not doing anything at all. Idk what to do for her. We’ve tried facials. That didn’t help either

im too young to get chemical peels but have tons of closed comodones.. im starting to use tretinoin 0.025% and a benzoyl peroxide cleanser prescribed by a previous dermatologist but I don't see any improvements and I've had some for months. is there anything else I can do except try to pop them?

I saw my dermatologist for closed comadones on my forehead. She prescribed 0.05% tretinoin. Hoping it helps!
