@bloombergbusiness: Elon Musk’s rocket, satellite and AI conglomerate is set to raise $25 billion of bonds in five parts on Tuesday, in its debut bond offer, and is paying a relatively wide premium over Treasuries to get the deal done, people familiar with the matter said. Ed Ludlow has more. #Tech #markets #investing #business #SpaceX
How does a company that has no profit have $100 billion in cash?

What isn’t explained is why they have an IPO (to raise cash) and a week later need to issue bonds (to raise more cash). The answer is they need to maintain the stock pump and dump scheme long enough for insiders to hit their unlock date and cash out.

Why don’t they pay off those loans with the $100 billion in cash they have? Why borrow money from investors?

Hard truth you won’t find on the internet: most people making six to seven figures with memecoins aren’t “lucky” they’re trading with insider info. It is a tight circle of market makers and top KOLs who decide which coin to pump. They usually enter early, around 25K–75K Mcap and ride it for 25x–300x. If you’re not in that loop, you’ll keep chasing the wrong plays and getting rugged. I’ve been on the inside for the past two months, making up to $75k weekly on an average and trust me, it’s a different game when you’re on the winning side.

Bond sale to cover existing loans, but there is $100B in the bank; the verbal math isn't adding up.
