This happened to me, I did not get my period for over a year when I got off birth control. I’ve been off birth control for probably about 8 years or so now, and it’s still like off and not regular. I get it every month but it’s definitely not the same, I feel like it’s more heavier some days and irregular between 28-40 days ish.

Get a pelvic ultrasound to see if you have ovarian cysts. You could have PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 34. Irregular periods my whole life and horrible acne since age 14.

Years ago I suddenly didn’t get my period for 5 months! I stopped birth control after 7 years, had my period normally and suddenly it stopped. I had to get on progesterone pills for a little bit and then everything went back to normal!

Got off birth control and have had the most irregular cycles for the last almost 3 years. My husband and I were trying for a baby and have not been successful for three years…I finally went to the doctor. And I have Hashimoto’s. So many women struggle with trying to conceive and with irregular cycles after birth control.

after I got off of it my period was irregular for a good amount of time!! it just takes time and is so different from everyone! i also get sm anxiety about medical stuff lol so i fear i would be like ummmm 😂
