I think discipline is what makes them successful, the people who don’t necessarily get good grades are disciplined in pursuing their interests, thats why they become successful

I have never pushed my kids in school. They learn at different paces and elementary school grades don’t mean crap. My daughter is now in university and I have no doubt will be successful.

You only need a high GPA for very specific things. Exchange programs for one. Truthfully, getting experience through internships during your studies matters more.
