I had this too! First you rinse with -train noise- then you put -scream sound- and then repeat that and then -train noise-

It should just come off with some toothpaste, hopefully but if you ever wanna do something like this again, they do sell black toothpaste. I used it for cosplay. It comes off with water instantly. It’s really nice.
