we went Kinosakionsen, HIGHLY recommend if you want to go to a bath house town but are covered in tattoos like me. the whole town is tattoo friendly.

I love all these places. Kinda glad they’re still lowkey, went to Ine back in 2019 and I’ll stop by and see this shop lady all the time, her shop isn’t there anymore but we meet up to grab tea when I’m there 🤣

And we are still overlooking Hakodate, Sapporo, and Otaru. Great places to get away from the hot weather in the summer. Also everyone seems to sleep on Hiroshima. You have Hiroshima Castle, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, Mitaki-dera Temple, and is a short train and ferry ride to Miyajima Island.
