@kay.smallwood: Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mamaw. ❤️ I dread this day, because it’s so hard without you..Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you and miss you. Since you left us, there has been a piece of my heart that will never be the same. I miss your voice, your hugs, your smile, and the way you always knew how to make everything feel okay. My kids still talk about you. They ask about you and papaw a lot. They tell everyone you’re in heaven and how much they miss you both..we look at pictures and videos of you with them just to hear your voice and see you..it gives us some comfort. I play Conway Twitty for them and they look at me like I’m crazy, I tell them he was our favorite they just don’t get it 🤣 Today is a day spent celebrating..sadly it’s visiting a gravesite and while I wish more than anything that you were here with us, I find comfort in the memories we shared and the love you gave so freely. Thank you for being amazing and for all the lessons, laughter, and love you left behind. I miss you more than words can explain. I hope you’re celebrating in Heaven with papaw. I can’t wait for the day we meet again, I get to kiss your face, hug you, and hold your hand.. You were always so special to me.. I love you forever and always. ❤️🎂🕊️
