I will stop tanning at 25. I will start wearing sunscreen everyday at 25. I’m 19 rn using retinol and a consistent skincare routine. I also take collagen supplements, they help your epithelium especially the epithelium coating your organs which is important. I also drink a fuck ton of water and pack my body w electrolytes which helps w my adhd.

I don’t mind sunscreen at all. My problem is the double cleansing. My skin can’t handle it at all. Tried Micellar water, oil cleanser, and even washing my face twice with my regular gentle cleanser. My skin gets so dry and irritated from doing either of those. 🥲
