I will never tell anyone how to make their fried pickles. However, if you love breading just as much as I do....then there's a secret ingredient for the BEST crispy fried pickles... Argo corn starch! I'll never make them any other way! I love the thick cut & buttermilk too!

Add baking *powder* to your flour mix… only needs to be like a tablespoon… it helps the breading stay on your pickle (or whatever your frying)
