I came across this Fabrizia Pistachio liqueur which is balanced and flavorful and not too sweet and started to build around what I tasted. I visited a bar in Texas that put heavy cream in their whiskey Sours and it stuck with me. I didn’t use heavy cream but did use milk in this martini and it balances perfectly. Enjoy.
