Cristianne Aguiar :
I have had the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2 for only 20 days, and it has successfully completed its scheduled cleaning just ONE TIME. I am returning it.
I spent a lot of time deciding between the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2 and the Roborock Qrevo S Pro. I chose MOVA, and I deeply regret that decision.
The robot constantly reports that the mop is not properly installed, even though it is correctly in place. I have to open the app, check the error, and physically adjust the mop even when nothing is wrong.
After I do that, instead of simply starting the scheduled cleaning, the robot decides to wash the mop. This is a mop it has not even used for DAYS because the robot has failed to clean my house!
Then, after washing the mop, it needs to dry it. Meanwhile, another day goes by without the robot doing any actual cleaning.
The scheduling system is another major problem. The robot fails to start automatically, and I do not receive a proper notification explaining what went wrong. I have to open the app myself to discover that it did not work. I then have to manually start the cleaning, only to find that the robot wants to wash the mop again instead of vacuuming.
It is absolutely ridiculous. The robot spends its time washing and drying a perfectly clean mop instead of doing the one thing I bought it for: cleaning my floors.
I already own a Roborock Q5 Max+, and it works perfectly. I know how a robot vacuum is supposed to work, and I should not have to constantly monitor an app, troubleshoot false errors, and manually restart the cleaning process.
I bought the MOVA expecting convenience and automation. Instead, it has become another chore. In 20 days, it has completed its scheduled cleaning only once. That is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to clean automatically.
I strongly recommend against buying the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2. I am returning mine and wish I had chosen the Roborock Qrevo S Pro instead.
