I had this happen to me at this same hotel. When we checked in and went to our room walked in and there was a family in the room. I went back to the front desk got a different room went in and was settling in and someone walked in our room. So this is unacceptable but seems to happen at this location a lot

Not Ok!! That’s why I always do the extra locks that don’t require a key. I hope you actually put a complaint in on reviews or put it on Yelp.
