Honestly I kind of appreciate that they sometimes have a few mess ups bc it’s a scratch kitchen vs microwaving. I’ll take accidentally overcooked garlic over frozen and reheated pasta any day!!!

Y’all are confusing scratch-made with farm-to-table 😂. The Cheesecake Factory gets its ingredients from suppliers like Sysco because obviously we have to get flour, chicken, beef, bacon, produce, etc. from SOMEWHERE. That does not mean Sysco is sending us premade meals. Pretty much everything on the menu is prepared from basic ingredients in our kitchens. Every single item on fry station is prepared by our prep cooks. The chicken is NOT shipped to us pre-breaded. It gets breaded fresh and dropped on the fry station. Our pancake mix, sauces, marinades, soups, dressings, lemonade syrups, and countless other components are made from scratch too. Even the lemonade is freshly juiced. Our bread and cheesecakes are shipped from one of the three Cheesecake Factory facilities that produces them, but outside of those items, we’re making the food in the restaurant. We have around 250 menu items. We’re not growing our own wheat and raising chickens in the parking lot 😂. Sysco supplies ingredients. We turn those ingredients into the food. And honestly, if you REALLY want to see how much work goes into it, come get a job here. 😭😂
