Imo its awesome! Real programmers read and verify everything and i am tired of these vibecoders doing it only for the money. I use AI myself to sometimes assist in coding but i always verify and dont push out slop without verifying and checking it first

I agree that vibe coding becomes more and more of an issue. But people overgeneralize the meaning of vibe coding. Just because u aren’t writing every single boilerplate code per hand doesn’t mean that it makes you a vibecoder by letting an ai make the 300th SQLite integration. So why should they be punished for smth they just wanna optimize?
