They are Halal if you take the caution of cleaning them and wherever they lick you, you have to wash the area it leaked you seven times one time with soil to ensure your health stays perfectly fin

No not just seven time one out of the seven with soil that has dust mixed with water then the rest of times with pure and purifying water and if you had a wet hand and touched its fur then that part you have to wash as well
