Honestly, with the motion she’s actually doing it’s not so great for teaching her how to properly use a knife and cut… However, I would use a block of cheese and use this to teach her how to cut and just use it for general blade safety and then get her into woodworking… Hear me out you can get her to build her own crap. She is already learning how to saw and using a saw supervised is perfectly fine for children so long as they have already learned Blade safety. She can build her own picnic table, a playhouse, later on you could get a grinding tool and she could make swords. Limits are endless there.
