Yeahhhh, you’re in the wrong here. Asking what’s wrong with her, rather than asking what’s wrong with you and your company. She was there for 20minutes and she had seen enough to know she didn’t want to work there. That says A LOT.

I've heard Gen Z often ghost their job if they don't like it, instead of asking for a sit down with the manager and talking through resigning and covering for as long as needed if required. It's also too common for them to decide to come in late, for jobs that have set hours, as they were tired or didn't feel up to it
