For the job queue. I want to make it for an lllm inference The job will be taken in and give a task ID and assigned to a worker or it will spin up a worker in the job there should be something to mark it that the job is done when the job is done the worker stop, when a job is ongoing it's should not affect another job so the jobs should be async unless it depends on each other. I don't know how will flag job to be permanently failed jobs and then put them in dead queues. for auto scaling I am not sure , for retries we can make the user assign the number of retries but I think 3 retries are okay

my server can't handle video pipeline because it should be convert to multiple resolutions, so I created multiple mux.com account and use their api for free. multiple account is for backup in case the main one got banned 😌.
