During Covid, when I put my baby in a stroller every morning, we just went back and forth across the driveway. I was so scared of the stigma against walking. I didn’t want the neighbors to judge me and think I was a bad mom for walking around the neighborhood park with my baby. If only I’d known walking was healthy and a hot girl activity, I’d have had the courage to leave the driveway.
