@joycethedentist: When I first met him, smiling felt uncomfortable. Not physically. Emotionally. Every photo felt forced. Every smile looked like he was trying to smile instead of actually smiling. Every time I said “smile” for the camera, he wasn’t sure if he was “doing it right”. Over time, you can get so used to holding back that you don’t even realize you’re doing it. Our goal wasn’t to create a completely different smile. It was to create a smile that felt like it belonged to him. This started with a smile simulation from @smileviz.ai - when he saw what was possible his entire face lit up. We designed 10 porcelain veneers to brighten his teeth, restore balance, and create proportions that fit his face naturally. The most rewarding part wasn’t seeing the final photos. It was seeing him smile without thinking about it. “I might shave off my mustache!” Because the best smile makeovers aren’t about porcelain. They’re about removing the thing that has been standing between someone and their confidence. And sometimes, the biggest transformation is that a smile no longer feels forced. Lowers are next.
