I don’t understand why you get there so early if you also have a family at home is it because it’s like a skill issue where you need more time to do your job or what because that’s where I would start. I will start focussing on my skill to prioritize my time.

The most absurd thing ever. Almost every company is pushing for people to go into the office, just for you to be there alone and sometimes some people show up. It's even worse when you work with clients that are not even in the same county.
