You can put up UV film on the windows. It will filter the light and keep it cooler by at least a few degrees

If you don’t love all the light, I think you should build in a library. Make it moody and cozy. I sense you have this in other places, but a mix of dark and light in there could be cool. Cover up some of those windows with bookcases / built ins.
