I learned a long time ago that if you sleep on your stomach, make sure that your feet either dangle on the end of the bed or dangled over a pillow and make sure that they are pointed in the same direction as your head. This stops that spine issue.

How’s the bacteria that breaks down plastic if they release this the plague will start from micro plastics I believe and medical will never be the same because if you have it you can’t be in medical and they won’t be able to make all the medical uses of plastics
