Tracking the food. Getting back up after an off day. Not once. Again and again and again. I used to think success came from finding the perfect plan. Now I realize it comes from staying faithful to the simple things long enough to see results. The scale won’t always move. Your motivation won’t always be there. Some weeks you’ll do everything “right” and still feel stuck. But consistency is where the magic happens. Keep showing up. Keep making the next healthy choice. Keep trusting the process even when you can’t see the progress.
