Oooft this brings back memories, narcissistic parents are no joke. I still go through periods of just wanting a mom, I miss what I never had. But you'll know yourself how incredibly peaceful your life is without them and the loneliness is so worth that peace. If you haven't already, look into EMDR to help manage the PTSD, its a game changer. And surround yourself with people who understand and love your worth, because you are important and you matter. I'm proud of you for stepping away and protecting yourself, huge hugs ❤️❤️
